MANAGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
We use TidyHQ to manage club memberships. To join the club, you need to create an account with TidyHQ and then provide us with some information about yourself.
An active SAFA (HGFA) membership is required to validate your NEVHGC membership. If your SAFA membership lapses, even if you still have financial membership with the NEVHGC, your membership with us is no longer valid. It is your responsibility to make sure you have an active SAFA membership at all times.
You only need to give us your details once, and then it's easy to simply purchase the membership option you need at any point in time. The system will remind you when your membership is about to expire.

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
The Terms of Membership with the North East Victorian Hang Gliding Club Inc (NEVHGC) require you to acknowledge that flying activities from NEVHGC-managed sites are only permitted on the basis that:
- You are a current member of the Sports Aviation Federation of Australia (SAFA, previously HGFA).
- You abide by the conditions contained within the SAFA (HGFA) liability waiver.
- You adhere to the NEVHGC constitution and the SAFA (HGFA) constitution.
- You adhere to all provisions of the current SAFA (HGFA) Operations Manual.
- You accept that NEVHGC reserves the right to withdraw your membership if you fail to meet any of the above obligations.
- You accept agree that your name, SAFA (HGFA) number, aircraft type and NEVHGC membership currency may be made publicly available.
It is not intended by this agreement to exclude or modify in any way those liabilities of the NEVHGC which cannot by law be excluded or modified.
All other warranties are hereby expressly excluded.
